Hi, I’m Hadrian Yip.
I’m a sports and action photographer based in Hong Kong, specializing in high-speed, high-stakes visual storytelling. Whether on the sidelines of international tournaments or behind the scenes with world-class athletes, my work focuses on the intersection of peak performance, intensity, and raw human emotion.
As the founder of Velocity Imaging and the creative mind behind @_hprods, I’ve built a media production brand dedicated to elevating how sports and motion are visualised. My approach blends technical precision—timing split-second movement with exacting focus—with an eye for dynamic compositions that tell the story beyond the scoreboard.
My work has been recognized globally, most notably as the Young Category Winner at the Rugby Photographer of the Year Awards 2026 (sponsored by Premier Sports). My winning imagery has been exhibited at the World Rugby Museum in Twickenham and featured in Rugby Journal.
Whether covering live games, commercial athlete shoots, or custom brand campaigns, I strive to deliver visuals that resonate long after the final whistle.
I'm currently based in Hong Kong however I am available to worldwide for travel & assignments.
